Advise the Offshore team on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor’s implementation of the Project Approved SHES (Safety, Health, Environmental and Security) Management System. Report on the EPC Contractors SHES performance and identify recommendations for improvement to ensure safe execution of works during the Offshore phase.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Project SHES Plans and contractor SHES systems.

• Verify SHES risk management and mitigation.

• Conduct HSE audits and control verification.

• Analyse HSE observations to improve safety behaviours.

• Check effectiveness of contractor HSE training.

• Coordinate with contractor emergency response.

• Monitor occupational health and heat-stress programs.

• Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, SHES, or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5, BSC Level 6).

• 8+ years SHES experience in Oil & Gas

• 1+ year in a supervisory or oversight role for offshore T&I activities.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.

• Experience in large-scale operations or project environments (Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of SHES management systems and programs.
