Job Description

Provides post-award contract administration support by managing correspondence, change orders, variations, claims, and insurance and guarantee records, while coordinating and minuting bi-weekly Contracts/Change Meetings. Supports the NFXP Projects team with daily contract administration, maintains up-to-date contract registers, and assists with reviewing and issuing correspondence through DocuSign.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports development of contracting scenarios for Contracting Strategy workshops.

  • Assists in preparing technical bid evaluation plans, procedures, and models.

  • Coordinates with contractors to ensure contract compliance.

  • Supports post-award activities including correspondence, change orders, claims, and insurance & guarantees.

  • Assists in managing change orders, claims, and negotiations with EPC contractors and LLI suppliers.

  • Maintains up-to-date contract registers and related records.

  • Reviews and issues contractual correspondence through DocuSign.

  • Arranges, records, and minutes bi-weekly Contracts/Change Meetings.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 6+ years’ experience, including 2 years in Oil & Gas.

  • Experience with EPCs, contractors, vendors, or service companies.

  • Knowledge of contracts, procurement, planning, cost control, and change management.

  • Familiar with international standards and best practices.

  • Proficient in SAP, dashboards, and data analytics tools.

  • Experience supporting large-scale project and operations teams.

  • Skilled in resolving complaints and concerns.

  • Proficient in professional office applications.
