The Construction Superintendent (Civil & Structural) leads and oversees all civil, structural, and architectural construction for the CO₂ Sequestration Project, coordinating daily with contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule execution aligned with project and company requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans and method statements for safety and feasibility.

• Oversee and coordinate EPC/ESW Contractor and subcontractor activities; report progress and issues.

• Support site SHE programs and participate in incident investigations.

• Ensure all work meets Client standards, regulations, and PTW requirements; coordinate with Engineering and QA/QC.

• Assist with Mechanical Completion, punch lists, commissioning, and start-up.

• Maintain oversight of civil, earthworks, and structural works to meet completion priorities.

• Track construction and completion metrics with the site team.

• Lead civil/structural/architectural scopes and resolve site issues.

• Apply and capture construction lessons learned.

• Align construction plans with Client Operations.

• Act as a safety practices expert (WMS, PTW).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering.

• 8+ years in large Oil & Gas construction projects (installation, fabrication, hook-up).

• Experience with contractors, Oil & Gas, or heavy construction companies.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of design standards, codes, safety, and offshore/onshore operations.

• Familiar with sour gas/LNG facility execution and risks.

• Experienced in large-scale Operations/Projects/Subsurface environments.

• Proficient in English and office/technical applications.
