Serve as a key Integration Team member, coordinating governance across multiple projects.
Manage internal and external interfaces, driving alignment and issue resolution.
Ensure consistency and compliance across projects with established procedures and governance.
Prepare and deliver clear reports on project performance, forecasts, trends, and mitigation actions.
Produce timely governance reports with transparent visibility and early escalation of concerns.
Develop and report KPIs and progress metrics via dashboards and presentations for varied audiences.
Independently complete complex tasks requiring analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for reporting, scheduling, and project analysis with accuracy and speed.
Review project schedules for sequencing, data integrity, logic, and adverse trends.
Engage proactively with teams to resolve issues and support project execution.
Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or Project Management
10 years in major oil & gas projects
2 years in supervisory roles
Experience with National or International Oil Companies preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
Strong presentation, speech development, and PowerPoint skills
Advanced critical thinking, analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal communication
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Power BI desirable
