Contribute extensively to a single discipline and to multi-disciplinary tasks and assignments within the area of specialization with a high degree of independence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic condition monitoring of critical rotating equipment and report findings with recommendations.

• Provide technical support and expertise across engineering and non-engineering teams.

• Support operations and maintenance in decisions on unplanned shutdowns and scope optimization.

• Analyze chronic reliability issues and recommend technically and economically viable solutions.

• Review and propose equipment or system changes to enhance reliability and performance.

• Participate in RCFAs, risk assessments, and HAZOP to identify and mitigate risks.

• Perform specialized technical investigations and recommend best approaches.

• Provide machinery discipline support to projects through technical document reviews.

• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and deviation evaluations.

• Mentor junior engineers and national developers to develop their capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Maintain required competence per the technical competency framework.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Proficient in relevant computer software and technical tools.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
