Job Description
Lead the development of completions and assurance processes to ensure a seamless handover from engineering to construction, mechanical completion, commissioning, and operations, while ensuring all facilities meet design intent and project specifications and supporting systemization, scheduling, and contractor procedure reviews.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support EPC Contractor in developing and validating the System Completion Database using accurate project data.

  • Maintain certification database accuracy and resolve deviations with project and engineering teams.

  • Support systemization by reviewing project information and defining subsystem boundaries.

  • Assist with tag and QVD allocation aligned with scope, priorities, and milestones.

  • Support MOC boundary reviews to ensure proper interface with certification.

  • Help resolve issues affecting turnover and acceptance.

  • Support preservation activities and audit traceability within the completions database.

  • Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including SIMOPS.

  • Guide walkdown teams in planning and executing walkdowns per procedures.

  • Support consistency of checksheets, punch lists, exceptions, and readiness reports.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

  • 8 years’ Oil & Gas commissioning experience

  • 1 year in a supervisory/vendor oversight role.

  • Expert in completions systems, handover processes, and database development.

  • Skilled in project systemization, turnover, acceptance, and pre-commissioning/commissioning documentation.

  • Experienced with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, service companies, and LNG vendors.

  • Proficient in P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, and procedures.

  • Knowledgeable in project execution, compliance, standards, and start-up support.

  • Skilled in analyzing complex issues, providing recommendations, and preparing contingency plans.

  • Committed to compliance with company standards and Project Management System.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced computer literacy.

  • Knowledgeable of global vendors and contractors.

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing and able to travel as required.
