Job Description
Provides coordination of input and generation of routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations for use internally within the Project Management Team (PMT) and by the company\'s Management and Shareholders for NFS Onshore Project
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project data and summarize key insights for stakeholders.

  • Support management/shareholder presentations with accurate information.

  • Create standard reporting tools, templates, and guidelines.

  • Standardize reporting processes across EPC packages.

  • Deliver timely, accurate reports for the NFS Onshore Project.

  • Serve as Reporting SME in governance reviews and audits.

  • Advise PMT on planning, analysis, and emerging issues.

  • Implement a reporting calendar for aligned cutoffs and submissions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, Project Management, or related field.

  • 8+ years business-related experience

  • 4+ years in Oil & Gas.

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.


Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with Oil & Gas companies, EPCs, and service providers.

  • Expertise in project business functions: planning, cost, risk, contracts, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of international standards and best practices.

  • SME in reporting and business processes.

  • Skilled in risk-based decision making and analytics software (Power BI, SAP, Primavera).

  • Experienced in creating data-driven presentations.

  • Supported large-scale integrated organizations.
