Coordinate and ensure implementation of the System Completion (SC) requirements by the stakeholders in line with the company procedure for multiple projects (CAT I-III) under OES umbrella.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure SC requirements are fully addressed in FEED and reflected in project ORPs (CAT I–III).
• Align project-specific SC procedures with OES Handover procedures (milestones, schedule, deliverables).
• Support Completions & Handover Lead with drafting, reviewing, resolving comments, and approving ORPs.
• Maintain and monitor the SC software/database and report SC status per OES standards.
• Coordinate OES resource participation in SC activities (walkdowns, inspections, check sheets, punch listing).
• Ensure high-quality punch descriptions, monitor timely close-out, and prevent punch list dilution.
• Oversee timely review/approval of commissioning and RFSU dossiers and certificates.
• Provide SC inputs for OES weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensure commissioning procedures, work packs, and TCPs comply with company SC procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ multidisciplinary oil & gas experience in SC management, project interfaces, and coordination.
• Experience managing SC databases and coordinating multiple stakeholders to meet SC deliverables.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with SC databases/software for monitoring, data retrieval, and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and coordination skills.
• Skilled in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
