Review project changes and quantify their impact on SDMS schedules.
Advise project management on potential schedule issues and corrective actions.
Conduct periodic meetings with contractors to review progress and report status.
Support project management with schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Coordinate all SDMS deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist PMTs and contractors in achieving full SDMS compliance.
Track gate deliverables progress related to shutdown project execution.
Prepare monthly SDMS progress reports.
Establish and maintain detailed schedules and planning per SDMS.
Participate in shutdown meetings, workshops, and fabrication yard visits.
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Project/Construction Management.
8+ years’ experience, including 4+ in project planning/scheduling and 2+ in shutdown execution.
Skilled in developing work methods per company policies and engineering standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; works confidently with Operations and PMTs.
Adapts to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities.
Handles complex tasks and provides guidance to staff and internal customers.
Takes initiative to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.
Considers team context and wider organizational relationships in decision-making.
Works independently within procedures, plans, and budgets; contributes to their development.
Manages own scheduling and planning; organizes team efforts for efficiency.
