Review and comment on civil, structural, and project documents submitted by the Contractor.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulations, and contractual standards.

Engage with Contractors on schedule, technical, and cost issues.

Maintain effective communication with contractors and company teams (safety, quality, engineering, business).

Participate in planning and risk assessment meetings, supporting schedule mitigation.

Ensure Contractor adherence to safety processes through daily and weekly site walk-throughs.

Attend workface planning, safety meetings, and toolbox talks to clarify planned activities.

Support project schedule compliance by identifying constraints and mitigation actions with Contractor.

Review Contractor reports to monitor performance, progress, and status.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF for reporting, review, and communication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret approved construction drawings.

Skilled in using Navisworks (3D models).

Capable of preparing, approving, and verifying instrument installation plans.

Experienced with document control systems for technical and project documents.

Able to read and interpret Primavera schedules.

Experienced with advanced work packing systems.

Extensive knowledge of civil and structural construction methods, preferably in major LNG projects.

Able to apply civil and structural design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria for onshore LNG facilities.

Familiar with relevant civil/structural construction processes and industry standards.
