The Head of Project Engineering oversees EPC/FEED design and execution, ensuring quality, budget, and milestones are met. The role coordinates project teams to keep design deliverables on schedule for procurement, construction, and commissioning, drives contractor performance through KPIs, and ensures all engineering work is fully integrated across the project.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads multi-discipline activities, coordinating with EPC/FEED to meet milestones, budget, and project objectives.

• Ensures clear execution of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning plans.

• Monitors performance via KPIs, enabling early intervention and reporting progress.

• Applies risk management and interdisciplinary insights to support project decisions.

• Promotes safety culture and ensures compliance with project safety standards.

• Manages design changes, documenting, justifying, and mitigating associated risks.

• Oversees vendor testing, site visits, and contractor performance to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

• Drives resolution of multi-discipline issues and alignment among stakeholders.

• Technical experience as a discipline, project, and field engineer.
