Perform end-to-end quality control testing of banking applications, systems, and products.
Ensure deliverables meet business and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with business owners and stakeholders for successful UAT.
Maintain and manage test environments for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and change management processes during system releases.
Verify all system releases meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive banking data.
Review QC reports and testing outcomes with managers and project teams.
Provide insights to improve testing practices, automation, and quality governance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Professional certification in QA/Testing is a plus.
Experience in QA/testing, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking applications, core banking systems, or financial software.
Knowledge of IT policies, change management processes, and compliance standards in banking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks is desirable (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and high commitment to data confidentiality.
