The Crystal Reports Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources, collaborating with business and database teams, and ensuring accuracy, performance, and actionable insights for banking operations. Strong SQL skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders are essential.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using SAP Crystal Reports

• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Oracle, and Excel

• Ensure reports are accurate, performant, and meet business specifications

• Gather requirements and collaborate with business users on reporting needs

• Partner with database teams to validate data integrity and optimize queries

• Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights

• Apply relational data modeling knowledge to ensure data consistency and usability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field

• Experience in Crystal Reports development, preferably in banking/financial services

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)

• Experience integrating and reporting from multiple data sources (Excel, flat files)
