Design and oversee end-to-end banking solutions on the Essence platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, technical governance, and regulatory compliance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring Finastra modules and/or related components are configured to meet the bank\'s business requirements.

• Own high-level design decisions and ensure alignment of the Essence platform with the bank’s enterprise architecture.

• Provide technical governance across assigned project streams, guiding development teams to deliver secure, sustainable, and compliant solutions.

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Identify architectural risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal IT policies.

• Mentor and support development teams on best practices and architectural patterns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

• Strong experience with Finastra products or similar banking software solutions.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and solution design principles.

• Solid understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and digital banking platforms.

• Experience in designing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
