Business Analyst with expertise in core banking operations, Finastra Essence, and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions. Skilled in documentation, testing, stakeholder management, and driving successful project delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements across deposits, lending, payments, and map them to Finastra Essence functionalities.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and configuration requirements.

• Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors, facilitating workshops and clarifying requirements.

• Support solution design, end-to-end process mapping, and system integration needs involving Essence and other platforms.

• Develop and execute test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and ensure delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare documentation, support change management, assist with user training, and contribute to go-live and post-implementation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes across deposits, lending, and payments.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
