Provide coordination and supervision of the EPC construction activities related to the NFW Offplot projects and review the engineering documents prepared in FEED and Detail phase related to the construction aspects. The resource, in the initial stage, will be mainly dedicated to the RLIC port dredging works and area reclamation

Lead by example in safety, maintaining the highest SHES standards and actively participating in Toolbox Talks, Task Instructions, and site walkthroughs.

Oversee site mobilization, manpower/resource planning, and execution of major construction packages.

Manage interfaces with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and contractors to ensure smooth workflows.

Review, comment on, and approve EPC construction deliverables.

Monitor progress, productivity, costs, change orders, and schedule, initiating mitigation actions when required.

Resolve field issues with engineering and stakeholders, particularly related to operations and logistics.

Evaluate contractor performance, ensure compliance with safety and deliverables, and manage inspections.

Manage RFIs, change orders, progress payments, and coordination with EPC contractors and consultants.

Support development and implementation of PEP, Safety Plan, and QA/QC plans for marine/dredging works.

Track and report EPC material delivery status at site.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Strong leadership skills with integrity and experience guiding contractor teams.

Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.

Effective written and verbal communicator able to interface at all levels.
