Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing all I&C engineering activities for NFW Offplot projects during FEED and EPC, with primary focus on the Onshore Common Lean LPG Storage and Loading Expansion Project. Ensures that all I&C design deliverables meet project philosophies, specifications, codes, standards, and company requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong SHES leadership through active participation in safety activities.

  • Ensure contractor design work complies with all project requirements and safe practices.

  • Resolve I&C discipline issues promptly to meet project objectives.

  • Apply approved design recommendations to improve integrity, efficiency, and safety.

  • Verify contractor resources, personnel competency, and proper use of approved tools/software.

  • Provide I&C input to other disciplines, support commissioning, and advise management.

  • Implement lessons learned, especially from existing plant operations.

  • Monitor and ensure timely issuance of all FEED and EPC deliverables per the Master Document Register.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrument, Automation, or Electronic Engineering.

  • 8 years engineering experience, including 4 in Oil & Gas

  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.

  • Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, specifications, and design practices.

  • Experience managing control system contractors and vendors across multiple project phases, ideally from FEED to start-up.

  • Broad experience with I&C equipment, control systems, and related manufacturing processes.

  • Brownfield engineering and execution experience.

  • Familiarity with berth control systems for LNG and hydrocarbon liquid loading/unloading.


Skills and Competencies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and planning skills.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels.

  • Skilled in mediation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing, and empathy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Deep knowledge of industry I&C codes, standards, and practices.
