Demonstrate strong SHES leadership through active participation in safety activities.
Ensure contractor design work complies with all project requirements and safe practices.
Resolve I&C discipline issues promptly to meet project objectives.
Apply approved design recommendations to improve integrity, efficiency, and safety.
Verify contractor resources, personnel competency, and proper use of approved tools/software.
Provide I&C input to other disciplines, support commissioning, and advise management.
Implement lessons learned, especially from existing plant operations.
Monitor and ensure timely issuance of all FEED and EPC deliverables per the Master Document Register.
Bachelor’s degree in Instrument, Automation, or Electronic Engineering.
8 years engineering experience, including 4 in Oil & Gas
At least 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.
Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, specifications, and design practices.
Experience managing control system contractors and vendors across multiple project phases, ideally from FEED to start-up.
Broad experience with I&C equipment, control systems, and related manufacturing processes.
Brownfield engineering and execution experience.
Familiarity with berth control systems for LNG and hydrocarbon liquid loading/unloading.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels.
Skilled in mediation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing, and empathy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Deep knowledge of industry I&C codes, standards, and practices.
