Deliver technical training and competency programs to ensure Operations Group Departments’ staff have the right capabilities and skills to operate and maintain company facilities in a safe and effective manner.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical and simulator training to meet Operations competency requirements.

• Assess training needs and create customized classroom and simulator programs for staff, Trainees, and Graduates.

• Provide on-the-job training and facilitate knowledge transfer between coaches and staff.

• Conduct technical, procedural, and field assessments.

• Coordinate onboarding programs with Line Supervision to ensure staff readiness.

• Enhance simulator training with plant models and troubleshooting scenarios.

• Implement metrics to measure learning outcomes and project readiness.

• Embed Process Safety and IIF culture in all training programs.

• Prepare reports, review outcomes with Line Supervision, and implement targeted interventions.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering

• 4 years Oil & Gas Operations experience, including 2 years in training

• Strong background in Operations and Maintenance of Oil & Gas facilities

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• High computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

• Strong organizational and planning skills
