Deliver technical training and competency program to ensure Operations Group Departments’ staff have the right capabilities and skills to operate and maintain in a safe and effective manner company facilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-house and simulator training to meet Operations competency requirements.

• Assess training needs and develop customized programs for staff, Trainees, and Graduates.

• Provide on-the-job training and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Conduct technical and procedural assessments.

• Coordinate onboarding and readiness programs with Line Supervision.

• Enhance simulator training and troubleshooting scenarios.

• Track learning metrics for project and facility start-up readiness.

• Embed Process Safety and IIF culture in all programs.

• Report training outcomes and implement targeted interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 4 years full-time Oil & Gas Operations experience, including 2 years in training.

• Strong background in Operations and Maintenance of Oil & Gas facilities.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• High computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
