Deliver technical training and competency program to ensure Operations Group Departments’ staff have the right capabilities and skills to operate and maintain in a safe and effective manner company facilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical, simulator, and competency training to meet operational needs.

• Assess and design customized training and troubleshooting scenarios.

• Provide on-the-job training and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Conduct technical and procedural competency assessments.

• Coordinate onboarding to ensure staff operational readiness.

• Lead simulator sessions and develop training materials.

• Track learning metrics for new project readiness.

• Embed Process Safety and IIF culture in all programs.

• Report training outcomes and recommend targeted improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of Oil & Gas Operations experience, including 2 years in training.

• Strong background in Operations and Maintenance of Oil & Gas facilities.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• High computer literacy with strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.

• Advanced organizational and planning abilities.
