To act as a key contributor to the Documentation Unit and provide strong administration support to assist in the completion of documentation essential for Corporate, SME and Retail loan application packages, including facility offer letter, collateral documents and financing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Immediately flag documentation gaps or policy non-compliance to management to prevent financial risk.
- Build strong networks across the Credit Risk division and related departments.
- Understand internal and external regulations governing credit documentation.
- Prepare accurate, compliant, and timely documentation per internal policies and formats.
- Ensure documents meet signature authority and regulatory requirements.
- Seek guidance on complex or unusual financial transactions.
- Arrange goods/vehicle inspections for trade or vehicle finance.
- Coordinate collateral registration with relevant ministries (Land, DSM, Municipality, etc.).
- Liaise with approved evaluators for property valuations.
- Arrange and monitor insurance coverage for real estate properties.
- Perform additional administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively within the Credit Administration and Credit Risk teams.
- Engage in continuous self-development by researching competitor practices, innovations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role within a financial services institution.
- Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
