Monitor and expedite all Contractor procurement activities for the NFPS Compression including the LLI. Works to assure a Procurement & Materials program that meets the needs of the project, is cost-effective, expedient, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with PMT on procurement needs and ensure process compliance.

• Establish and approve procurement procedures, tools, and templates.

• Develop and implement purchasing plans with Contractor.

• Manage procurement of materials per contract and guidelines.

• Approve deviations in consultation with relevant teams.

• Report procurement progress, issues, and mitigation actions.

• Ensure timely delivery through expediting and logistics.

• Optimize materials management for traceability and efficiency.

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of project spares.

• Support vendor evaluation and approval of critical documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Law, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• 8 years in oil & gas operations, including 5 years as procurement lead on major projects.

• Preferably experienced in reimbursable procurement for major EPC contracts.

Skills and Competencies

• Able to independently execute Procurement Lead role at any location.

• Self-starter, capable of working in a virtual organization.

• Monitor EPC Contractor purchasing, including key equipment and material tracking.
