Job Description
The Head of Project Engineering (Offsite) oversees EPC engineering design and execution to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance, coordinating with project teams to deliver integrated designs that support procurement, construction, and commissioning.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-discipline project activities via the Offsite Delivery team, coordinating EPC execution to meet schedule and budget.

  • Align Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning plans to key milestones.

  • Track performance using KPIs, report progress, and drive early intervention.

  • Manage interdisciplinary dependencies, risks, and key technical decisions.

  • Champion the NFS Onplot Safety Program and ensure safe, compliant execution.

  • Oversee change management, ensuring proper documentation and risk control.

  • Conduct vendor, site, and fabrication reviews to ensure quality and progress.

  • Drive alignment and decision-making across stakeholder groups.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

  • 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience, including detailed engineering management of major projects

  • LNG experience preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.

  • Proven leadership in multi-discipline engineering and design safety.

  • Skilled in risk assessment and decision-making.

  • Experience with LNG facilities and large process unit design.

  • Background working with major EPC contractors in Lump Sum projects.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels.

  • Culturally adaptable; field engineering experience preferred.
