Oversee NFW Off plot project execution to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and on-time delivery within budget, collaborating with stakeholders to meet objectives in line with company\'s strategies and long-term shareholder expectations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NFW Offplot Project from FEED to commissioning, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

• Set and align project goals with shareholder expectations and strategic objectives.

• Oversee planning, scheduling, risk, and change management to maintain scope and efficiency.

• Manage contractors to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

• Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team with proper resourcing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety requirements.

• Deliver close-out reports with lessons learned and improvement actions.

• Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and coordinate mitigation plans.

• Provide visible leadership and alignment across all project phases and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 15+ years of diversified oil & gas experience, including 5+ years in supervisory roles.

• Proven track record in managing large, complex, multi-site greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance in LNG projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.

• Solid technical and commercial expertise.

• Proficient in risk assessment and project evaluation.
