Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore pipeline pre-commissioning activities, ensuring alignment of project priorities across all departments and compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onshore and offshore pipeline pre-commissioning, ensuring safe and efficient execution.

• Provide technical expertise to meet project and compliance requirements.

• Support risk assessments, HAZIDs, and constructability reviews.

• Coordinate pre-commissioning activities per project schedule and targets.

• Assist Division Manager in pipeline pre-commissioning scope execution.

• Manage all pre-commissioning deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Coordinate with engineering, installation, HUC, completion, and HSE teams.

• Review and approve pre-commissioning documents from EPC Contractor.

• Maintain lessons learned for continuous improvement.
