Key Responsibilities:

• Gain thorough knowledge of procurement procedures.

• Execute procurement tasks and tenders per performance criteria.

• Review purchase requisitions and coordinate with end users for completeness.

• Recommend sourcing strategies, identify suppliers, and issue RFQs/tenders.

• Evaluate supplier quotations (technical and commercial) and support decision-making.

• Secure approvals for variations and update stakeholders accordingly.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery to meet business and cost objectives.

• Maintain price agreements and issue purchase orders with proper documentation control.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications.

• Strong planning and target delivery skills.

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
