Job Description
Write user-friendly and concise operating procedures, standing instructions and new projects documentation in accordance with the established competency assurance standard to support the effective daily operation of company\'s assets and the start-up of all new projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops operations documentation in compliance with company policies, oil & gas standards, and ISO 9000/14000.

  • Revalidates and updates Operations procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

  • Reviews and revises plant operations documents; assigns procedure criticality levels.

  • Produces clear, accurate technical and safety documents aligned with industry best practices.

  • Develops O&M procedure assessment packages per company competency standards.

  • Facilitates reviews to ensure technical accuracy and inclusion of “As-is” and “As-built” information.

  • Identifies improvement areas to mitigate business risks and ensures technical changes are updated across documentation.

  • Supports development of procedural solutions for changing operating conditions.

  • Administers the document review process to capture and implement stakeholder changes.

  • Coordinates with Graphics and Engineering teams to ensure P&ID and drawing updates are properly reflected.


Qualifications:
  • HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in LNG process operations.

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a technical author in the hydrocarbon or petrochemical industry.


Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, flowcharts, graphics, and technical drawing tools.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint.

  • Strong coordination, analytical, and technical writing skills.
