Design and develop competency based training courses, training assessments, work place learning material and tests and advise line departments on development and corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver advanced technical training using varied methods.
- Identify skill gaps and align OJT programs with learning needs.
- Design and assess simulator and competency-based training.
- Update courses and materials based on feedback.
- Collaborate on OTS maintenance and scenario development.
- Maintain trainee records in SAP LSO and report progress.
- Ensure safety compliance and continuous training improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ oil & gas experience, including 3 years as an instructor.
- Strong knowledge of plant processes, production equipment, and DCS systems.
- Experience in procedure development and plant O&M.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and LMS tools.
- Skilled facilitator with proven training delivery ability
