Job Description
Execute Condition Monitoring activities consistent with Analyst level competency during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections and trouble-shooting in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize System1, AMS Suite, oil analysis, and thermography for early fault detection and failure analysis.

  • Diagnose instrumentation issues and support multidisciplinary troubleshooting.

  • Manage Bentley Nevada 3500 systems — adjust setpoints, logic, and troubleshoot anomalies.

  • Maintain and optimize condition monitoring systems (System1, 3500, ADRE).

  • Analyze vendor data (datasheets, manuals, P&IDs) and prepare reports.

  • Coordinate master data setup for plant hierarchy and equipment records.

  • Develop preventive maintenance tasks based on RCM and criticality.

  • Manage maintenance schedules and prepare data for reliability analysis and optimization.


Qualifications:

  • HND in Engineering or Science

  • 4+ years’ experience in condition monitoring within Oil & Gas

  • Advanced knowledge of lube oil analysis, thermography, 3500 racks, System1, ADRE 408, and AMS Suite


Skills and Competencies

  • Able to work and make decisions under pressure

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
