Execute Condition Monitoring activities consistent with Analyst level competency during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections and trouble-shooting in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize System1, AMS Suite, oil analysis, and thermography for early fault detection and failure analysis.

Diagnose instrumentation issues and support multidisciplinary troubleshooting.

Manage Bentley Nevada 3500 systems — adjust setpoints, logic, and troubleshoot anomalies.

Maintain and optimize condition monitoring systems (System1, 3500, ADRE).

Analyze vendor data (datasheets, manuals, P&IDs) and prepare reports.

Coordinate master data setup for plant hierarchy and equipment records.

Develop preventive maintenance tasks based on RCM and criticality.

Manage maintenance schedules and prepare data for reliability analysis and optimization.
Qualifications:
-
HND in Engineering or Science
-
4+ years’ experience in condition monitoring within Oil & Gas
-
Advanced knowledge of lube oil analysis, thermography, 3500 racks, System1, ADRE 408, and AMS Suite
Skills and Competencies

Able to work and make decisions under pressure

Fluent in written and spoken English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
