Develop, support and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools and their related functions as integrated with SAP MM and PS for all CAT-I, II, III, Onshore, Offshore and third party projects from FEED, EPC, Commissioning and Start up until handover.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect technical data for CMMS template preparation.

• Develop equipment hierarchy for plant facilities per procedures.

• Perform regular data checks for compliance, accuracy, and completeness; report findings.

• Update CMMS database with latest project documents and changes.

• Ensure all equipment follows standardized numbering conventions.

• Conduct quality checks on templates and load files for compliance.

• Capture future asset cost centres in the database for Work Order initiation.

• Liaise with end users to ensure effective CMMS usage and application support.
