Perform and support the Obsolescence and Spares Life Cycle Management activities with discipline specific inputs to enhance asset reliability & integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage obsolescence of Instrument & Control systems to ensure continuity and reduce risks.
- Review TBEs, clarifications, and MDG requests in SAP for compliance and optimal inventory.
- Monitor stock levels to maintain efficiency and minimize costs.
- Develop and update Obsolescence and Life Cycle Management procedures.
- Conduct eMOC studies for system upgrades and replacements.
- Provide engineering support and technical analysis for divisional goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on technological advancements.
- Implement company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- B.Eng. in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics.
- 4 years’ oil & gas experience.
- Skilled in I&C systems installation and maintenance.
- Proficient with major instruments and control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, HIPPS, analyzers, valves).
- Experienced in obsolescence review and upgrade feasibility studies.
- Knowledge of ICS security system obsolescence.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in relevant software tools and specifications.
