Execute and support inspection activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and NDT inspections on equipment and piping; report findings using Meridium/SAP.

• Conduct integrity assessments, interpret results, and track mitigation actions.

• Inspect maintenance and project work for compliance with procedures, standards, and codes.

• Carry out or supervise NDT tests (UT, MT, PT, Hardness, Eddy Current, Thermography, PMI, etc.).

• Maintain inspection tools, records, and coordinate contractor activities.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering

• 4 years of in-service inspection experience

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant software; experienced with Meridium or similar systems

• Knowledge of risk-based inspection, corrosion control, and damage mechanisms

• Basic understanding of plant processes and materials

• Skilled in UT, MT, PT, RT, and advanced NDT techniques

• Familiar with international codes and specifications

• Certified in API 510/570 and API 653 (as required)
