Ensure the EPC Contractor implements the approved SHES system offshore, monitor performance, highlight gaps, and recommend improvements to maintain safe execution.
Ensure implementation of Project SHES Plans and Contractors’ SHES Management System during T&I activities.
Verify Project SHES Risk Management Program identifies, assesses, and mitigates project-specific risks.
Conduct HSE audits to confirm risk controls and barriers are applied across all activities.
Review HSE Observation Program to identify safe and at-risk behaviors and implement improvements.
Check effectiveness of EPC HSE Training Program to ensure workforce competency.
Coordinate with EPC Emergency Response Team to implement the Emergency Response Plan.
Ensure EPC Occupational Health Program safeguards workforce wellbeing, including heat stress management.
Participate in incident investigations to ensure proper reporting, resolution, and continuous safety improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or NEBOSH/HSE/British Safety Council Diploma.
8 years Oil & Gas SHES experience, including 1 year supervisory/offshore oversight.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies or contractors.
Knowledge of SHES management systems and programs.
