Provide technical advice with respect to Company Production Accounting and Environmental installed base of Measurement equipment, as well as provide engineering advice for any proposed future measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review measurement project specs and attend FAT, SAT, and commissioning during FEED and EPC stages.
- Witness external meter calibrations as required.
- Ensure measurement systems comply with project specs, guidelines, and international standards.
- Review system uncertainties for production accounting and environmental measurement compliance.
- Provide technical support on design, construction, and operation of measurement systems.
- Lead investigations, recommend and support design modifications.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams.
- Assist in updating or developing procedures for project handover.
- Coordinate activities of equipment and service vendors.
- Review and recommend spare parts, materials, and tools for system maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years’ oil and gas experience.
- Expertise in measurement systems including LNG; orifice, ultrasonic, Coriolis, and turbine technologies; analyzer systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, MPMS, and AGA standards.
- Familiar with internal procedures: MOC, QGPMS, supply, etc.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in relevant software tools and specifications.
