Supervise offshore operations to maintain optimal, safe production by overseeing panel officers, operators, and field staff. Ensure activities align with design, are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget until handover to the permanent asset.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production procedures, continuously reviewing for improvements.

• Support offshore operations to align with design and manage handover to the permanent asset.

• Plan, allocate, and supervise staff to meet operational targets and adjust priorities as needed.

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• Authorize and log offshore activities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.

• Inspect work execution for compliance with procedures, safety, and environmental standards.

• Assess team competencies, identify training needs, and implement development programs.

• Act as Incident Controller during emergencies and provide incident briefings to superiors.

• Participate in RBWS, Risk Screening, Re-HAZOP, and Safety Case reviews.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate with relevant vocational training.

• 8 years of oil and gas experience with strong knowledge of production operations and control systems.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Strong technical knowledge of operations in the supervised area.

• Effective leadership and team management skills.

• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications.
