To provide technical and engineering support (obsolescence and spares life cycle management) to Maintenance, Operations and Supply Departments in order to carry out improvement of reliability, costs, efficiency, optimization, and enhance Asset Reliability & Integrity.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage capital spares, preservation, and storage.

• Optimize spare parts levels; update records to reduce financial exposure.

• Assess RSPL for new projects; recommend replenishment or scrapping of expired stock.

• Support TBE and evaluate electrical spare offers.

• Review project-interface agreements for electrical maintenance.

• Lead obsolescence mitigation and lifecycle upgrades for electrical equipment.

• Ensure continuity and minimize risks via obsolescence management.

• Manage electrical Master Data Governance in SAP.

• Develop policies for obsolescence and lifecycle management.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 4 years’ experience in oil & gas or petrochemical electrical engineering

• Skilled in maintenance of Transformers, Motors, Generators, Switchgear, Protection Relays, ELICS, UPS, Battery Chargers, VFDs

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Proficient in computer applications and relevant engineering software
