Identify safe, reliable and efficient machine operation and failure modes with mitigation plans and provide expert condition monitoring analysis and recommendations of rotating equipment across multiple assets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and analyze complex failure modes of rotating equipment.

• Investigate rotating machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of condition monitoring systems (3500 racks, System1, ADRE 408, AMS Suite).

• Execute field tasks: rotor trim balancing, instrument installation, and hardware upgrades.

• Coordinate across disciplines (Controls, Instrumentation, Electrical) and prepare technical/non-technical reports.

• Support analysts and contractors to deliver top-tier condition monitoring services.

• Contribute to large, multidiscipline projects related to condition monitoring systems.

• Provide mentorship and training for team members and NDP graduates.

• Liaise with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance and continuous expertise improvement.

• Monitor KPIs, report deviations promptly to line management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Proficient in relevant software tools and specifications.
