Oversees Completions activities, ensuring the EPC Contractor delivers all aspects of the Completions Management System, manages the completions database and punch-lists, coordinates Handover Dossiers, and resolves issues to meet project milestones.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Completions activities, ensuring EPC Contractor executes Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning per the Completions Management System.
• Manage EPC Completions database, punch-list clearing, check sheets, and coordination with stakeholder disciplines.
• Provide guidance to PMT and EPC Contractor, resolving completions issues to meet project objectives.
• Monitor and audit punch list entry and closeout processes.
• Prioritize punch list items in line with System/Subsystem completion.
• Issue ITR and punch list progress reports by discipline and system, highlighting priorities.
• Capture and share lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
• Support Head of Handover and Completion in system completion activities.
• Ensure System Completion activities comply with HSE standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences or Engineering
• 8+ years in systems completion, handover, pre-commissioning, and commissioning
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies or contractors
• Knowledge of project execution, engineering, and operations
• Skilled in completions database, check sheets, punch lists, and handover dossiers
• Experience in Brownfield LPG/Condensate facilities (CLPG/CCSL) desirable

Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong technical, prioritization, and management skills
• Proficient in database software (WIN-PCS, Go-Completions)
• Experience with HCS (Tecnicas Reunidas) desirable
• Able to work independently and in a team
