Monitors unloading, packing, and handling of materials using appropriate equipment.
Receives, inspects, and reconciles incoming materials with purchase orders; tracks damages and discrepancies.
Measures, counts, and stocks materials per inventory system.
Fills and issues supply and purchase requisitions; updates automated inventory systems.
Delivers stock items and maintains delivery records.
Receives, stores, tags, and tracks surplus inventory; ships damaged/cancelled items via Procurement.
Maintains accurate documentation and computerized inventory records.
Handles hazardous materials per MSDS guidelines.
Keeps warehouse and store areas organized and secure; monitors equipment.
Participates in physical inventories and regular stock counts.
Resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, and surplus.
Trains and supervises lower-level staff; performs related store duties as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional relevant certifications are an advantage.
Certificate or Diploma in Materials Management.
Hands-on experience with computerized stock control systems.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Maximo or SAP).
LMV driving license and forklift operation skills.
Firefighting and first aid training.
