Advise and support electrical engineering activities during EPC and start-up phase until handover to permanent asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet operations expectations in term of safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design reviews, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting.

• Implement programs ensuring system reliability, availability, and cybersecurity.

• Define best practices and drive performance improvements.

• Plan and execute tasks to meet KPIs.

• Provide technical expertise across disciplines.

• Supervise contractors and service providers.

• Mentor junior engineers.

• Support project tie-ins and resolve critical issues.

• Manage technology risks to reliability and cybersecurity.

• Oversee high-risk commissioning and system optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 8+ years of oil and gas experience.

• Specialist-level electrical technical competencies.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong decision-making under pressure.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in office and technical software.
