Provide mechanical engineering support: design reviews, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and maintenance work packs.
Define, document, and promote best practices; recommend performance improvements.
Develop work plans and schedules to meet KPIs and ensure timely task completion.
Offer technical input across disciplines to support business objectives.
Supervise and control contractor, consultant, and service provider activities.
Mentor junior engineers in integrity and reliability systems.
Support project tie-ins and ensure smooth integration of new systems.
Maintain and manage Issue Register for technology risks and reliability concerns.
Provide technical support for Management of Change (MOC) to sustain asset integrity.
Actively participate in safety, risk, and value improvement workshops, and lead/participate in RCFA and risk assessments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
Achieved specialist-level competencies in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong decision-making ability under high-pressure conditions.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in professional office and technical software applications.
