Assists the Dredging Project Manager (NFW Offplot) with reporting, documentation, and coordination between project teams and contractors, ensuring integration and stakeholder alignment across project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides project management support to the Dredging Project Manager (NFW Offplot).
- Ensures alignment across project teams, resolving interface issues to maintain execution progress.
- Monitors performance, KPIs, and exception reports; coordinates issue resolution and action tracking.
- Manages change control and drives change orders to closure.
- Supports risk management by identifying risks and tracking mitigation actions.
- Ensures compliance with Project Management System (PMS) and closure of review findings.
- Tracks FEED deliverables and conducts status reviews to address concerns.
- Coordinates multidisciplinary interface reviews through meetings and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8 years of engineering experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas
- 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
- Experience with large brownfield projects, dredging, and tunneling in FEED/EPC phases.
- Previous experience in Qatar or the Middle East preferred.
