Advise and support Process Engineering related activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process safety, reliability, and engineering reviews (RCFA, HAZOP, FRA, HAZID, SIL).

• Develop SOPs and process surveillance tools; troubleshoot and escalate deviations.

• Participate in system completions, commissioning, and startup activities.

• Maintain Issue Register; manage critical issues and technology risks.

• Provide technical input and facilitate project tie-ins.

• Support high-risk commissioning with system optimization and advisory to Operations/Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

• 8 years’ experience in oil & gas industry

Skills and Competencies

• Able to work and make decisions under high-pressure conditions

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
