Advise and support Control Systems Engineering activities during EPC and startup phase until handover to permanent asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet operation’s expectations in term of safety, operability, reliability and maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide control systems support: design reviews, studies, troubleshooting.

• Implement programs for system reliability, availability, and cybersecurity.

• Define best practices and recommend improvements.

• Plan and schedule tasks to meet KPIs.

• Advise other disciplines on technical matters.

• Supervise contractors and service providers.

• Mentor junior engineers on integrity and reliability systems.

• Facilitate project tie-ins and resolve critical issues.

• Support high-risk commissioning: surveillance, optimization, and advisory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 8 years’ Oil & Gas experience in specialization area

• Expert in Industrial Control Systems (DCS, Triconex, CCC, PLCs, etc.)

Skills and Competencies

• Works effectively under high-stress conditions

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
