Advise and support Rotating Equipment Engineering activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Rotating Equipment: design, commissioning, troubleshooting, and MOC.

• Implement surveillance programs ensuring Reliability, Availability, and Cyber Security.

• Define best practices and drive performance improvements.

• Plan tasks to meet KPIs.

• Provide technical input across disciplines.

• Supervise contractors and service providers.

• Mentor junior engineers on reliability systems.

• Manage critical issues, technology risks, and handovers.

• Support high-risk commissioning and equipment optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science field.

• 8+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas in area of specialization.

• Expert in industrial machinery: gas turbines, compressors, dry gas seals, pumps, etc.

Skills and Competencies

• Able to make decisions under high-pressure conditions.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in office and technical software applications.
