Lead crisis management efforts to support the Company’s objectives, providing advisory guidance to stakeholders on threats, hazards, planned events, and emergencies. Oversee the adaptation of strategies to evolving regulations, ensuring the readiness and resilience of all crisis management infrastructure and Company assets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crisis management policies, procedures, and readiness programs.

• Advise on crisis system operations during disruptive events.

• Validate Emergency Response Plans and strategic documents.

• Oversee Tier-1 and Tier-2 exercises and resource coordination.

• Address recurring crisis issues to reduce operational risk.

• Manage DRM program and sustain response team training.

• Support program administration and implementation.

• Ensure readiness of crisis response infrastructure and close gaps.

• Maintain Emergency Notification System functionality.

• Implement ICS training and monitor performance.

• Guide strategic pre-incident plans for high-hazard sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Emergency Management, Disaster Management, Engineering, Business, or Safety & Risk.

• AEM designation; ICS 100–300 and ICS TOT for 100 & 200.

• OPITO MEMIR certified.

• 8 years in Emergency Response/Crisis Management, 3 in supervisory roles in oil & gas.

• Experienced in tactical/strategic crisis leadership and incident command systems.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
