The Pipeline Package Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of CRA-clad pipes and bends, ensuring technical and organizational excellence, identifying risks, implementing mitigation measures, and managing multiple manufacturers and inspectors.
Understand project scope, technical, quality, and safety requirements.
Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, schedule, and HSE for CRA pipes and bends.
Collaborate across disciplines to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Manage design, manufacturing, testing, delivery, and commissioning; oversee suppliers and mills.
Conduct kick-off and pre-inspection meetings to start manufacturing.
Track supplier schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Monitor interfaces, report delays or non-conformances, and propose solutions.
Oversee material acquisition, fabrication, testing, and transport.
Coordinate with Technical Authorities and manage change processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years oil & gas experience, including 5 years in CRA pipes and bends manufacturing
Extensive knowledge of CRA pipes and bends design, manufacturing, and testing
Proficient in written and spoken English
Skilled in MS Office and familiar with manufacturing scheduling software
Strong planning, execution, and tracking abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines and cultures
High awareness of safe working practices for CRA pipes and bends
