Job Description
Oversees all Pre-EPC activities for MP and NFPS projects, including ITT, bid evaluation, vendor verification, and QA/QC of long-lead and high-value items, ensuring QMS and Flawless Execution standards are applied through FEED to EPC award.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure ITT TEC reflects all specifications and lessons learned, with QA/QC applied in EPC ITT.

  • Provide quality input for ITT Kick-Off, bid evaluations, clarifications, and Tender Bulletins.

  • Advise on quality management considering project contracting strategy.

  • Conduct Material and Equipment Criticality evaluations and develop Quality Intervention Plans.

  • Define and manage QA for LLIs pre-award up to novation, including contracts, purchase orders, and TPIS.

  • Maintain Audit Universe and Non-conformance dashboards until handover.

  • Participate in Quality Steering Group and Lessons Learned meetings for knowledge transfer.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering.

  • 8 years Oil & Gas Quality experience, including 1 year supervisory.

  • Familiar with industry standards, ISO 9001, ISO TS 29001, API Q1/Q2, and large-scale operations.

  • Experienced in audits, tendering, bid analysis, and contract awards.

  • Skilled in quality risk identification and management.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
