Job Description
Coordinated EPC-3/4 engineering, procurement, and construction activities for the North Field Expansion Onshore, ensuring cross-team integration, stakeholder reporting, and completion of project management and operations readiness requirements while supporting change, risk, and action tracking.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NFXP Onshore safety, ensuring personnel welfare, asset protection, and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate EPC-3/4 teams, sub-projects, and pooled resources for alignment and communication.
  • Monitor interface performance and resolve critical issues.
  • Support reporting, stakeholder management, and presentations.
  • Track project KPIs, action registers, and compliance with Project Management System and Operations Readiness Plan.
  • Oversee change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership and support all project phases for Flawless Start-up.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement in Oil & Gas

  • Proven experience in EPC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning execution

  • Experienced in large, complex, fast-track greenfield and brownfield projects with multiple EPC contracts in multicultural environments

  • Experience in Qatar or the Middle East is advantageous

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interface management abilities.
  • Good time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Project Management Systems
