Lead and manage shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance of Onshore Assets, directing all shift activities in line with policies, procedures, and targets to achieve optimum production across LNG Trains, Fractionation, Sulphur Recovery, Helium Recovery, Utilities, Offsites, PMP, and Waste Water units.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and troubleshoot LNG Trains, SRU, Utilities, and Offsites to ensure optimal production.

• Manage safe shutdowns, startups, and maintenance handovers.

• Monitor plant performance, resolve issues, and drive efficiency improvements.

• Coordinate maintenance backlog and optimize unit availability.

• Develop and update procedures, ensuring staff competency.

• Manage shift performance and resource utilization.

• Mitigate risks from projects and concurrent activities.

• Ensure operational continuity and procedural compliance.

• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.

• Evaluate team performance and implement training needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• 10 years of Oil & Gas operations experience, including 5 years as Shift Superintendent.

• Strong coaching and leadership skills across diverse teams.

• Proactive and adaptable to change.
